Lenovo has been started teasing the launch of a killer smartphone in the Note series for the past few days on its official social media channels. Earlier, it was also speculated that the company will unveil the K6 Note’s successor K7 Note but a new teaser confirmed that the Lenovo will launch the K8 Note at the event. So now the question is why is Lenovo going straight to 8, apparently skipping Lenovo K7? It seems like a mysterious matter, OnePlus in the past also followed same line or policy by launching the OnePlus 5 after the OnePlus 3T. However, time will answer your queries.

Recently, the Lenovo K8 Note was spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking website, which does reveal a gist of specifications and features about the upcoming killer smartphone. In the benchmark test, the Lenovo K8 Note scored 1659 points in single-core test and got 4,844 points in multi-core test. As per Geekbench benchmark listing, the device will be powered by a 64-bit MediaTek Helio X20 deca-core processor paired with 4GB RAM. On the software front, the Lenovo K8 Note will run on Google’s latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system out-of-the-box with company’s own custom UI skin. Apart from this, we don’t have any other information about the smartphone but we will update you pretty soon when we know more.
