Home-bred handset manufacturer Xolo on Wednesday expanded its Era-series of smartphone portfolio with the launch of three new budget-friendly and also camera-centric smartphones – Xolo Era 3, Era 2V and Era 3X – in the Indian market. As for pricing, the Xolo Era 3 has been launched in the country with a price tag of Rs. 4,999, the Xolo Era 2V has been priced at Rs. 6,499, while for the top-spec model — Xolo Era 3X, you have to pay Rs. 7,499. All these newly launched smartphones come with Android 7.0 Nougat OS, MediaTek processor, improved camera setup with moonlight selfie flash, 365-days screen replacement guarantee and 4G VoLTE support for accessing faster data speeds. Xolo Era 3 Specifications and Features:

Starting with the cheapest model, the Xolo Era 3 comes equipped with a 5-inch HD Oncell IPS display with a screen resolution of 1280 pixels by 720 pixels. Under the hood, the device is powered by a 1.25GHz MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor coupled with Mali T720 GPU to handle the graphics. In terms of memory, the device is backed up by a 1GB of RAM and 8GB of inbuilt storage that can be further expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card. Talking about its software fronts, the dual-SIM Xolo Era 3 runs on Google’s Android 7.0 Nougat operating system out-of-the-box.

In terms of photography, the Xolo Era 3 features a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera with an f/2.0 aperture, 4P Largan lens, autofocus, and an LED flash module. Moving on to the Xolo Era 2V, the smartphone flaunts the same 5-inch HD Oncell IPS display with a screen resolution of 1280 × 720 pixels. Talking about its power and performance, the device is powered by a 1.25GHz MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor paired with Mali T720 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which is further expandable up to 32GB with the help of a microSD card. Talking about its software fronts, the Xolo Era 2V runs on Google’s Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. For photography, the Xolo Era 2V features an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with autofocus, an f/2.0 aperture, 5P Largan lens, Blue glass filter and an LED flash module. On the front, the handset bears a 13-megapixel front-facing shooter with autofocus and a selfie flash for capturing bright selfies even in low-light situations.

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the same 1.25GHz MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor, which comes clubbed with Mali T720 GPU, 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card. For photography enthusiasts, the Xolo Era 3X houses a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera with an f/2.2 aperture, 5P Largan lens, Blue glass filter and an LED flash for excellent low-light photography. Talking about its selfie camera, the phone bears an another 13-megapixel front-facing shooter with an f/2.2 aperture, 5P Lens, and an LED flash for capturing brighter selfies and video chats.
