After taking over The Exorcist a few days ago, IT is still unstoppable and growing in a universal phenomenon. The movie has now crossed the mark of $500 million on the worldwide box-office. With this, it has now officially collapsed The Exorcist’s global collection also, which amounted to $441 million.
The movie starring Bill Skarsgard as the ultimate and horrific scary, dancing clown is reaching new heights, with each day.
And it has also become the first ever horror film to touch the mark of $500 million globally. No movie ever managed to come closer to The Exorcist’s simmering and terrifying impact on the box-office chart. But Andy Muschietti’s big-screen adaptation of Stephen King’s classic, horror 1986 novel has been an exceptional success-beyond expectations.
And the movie is yet to release in countries like, Germany, Italy, Japan! So, that means the ‘IT impact’ is here to stay and continue till the year ends.
The DVD/BluRay release date for IT has still not been revealed by the makers, but it will be including the extra 15 minutes in the form of deleted scenes, as a Director’s Cut!
