As an extension of its “Airtel Holiday Surprise Offer”, Indian telecom giant Bharti Airtel on Sunday announced a “Monsoon Surprise Offer” for its postpaid subscribers. The “Monsoon Surprise Offer” offers 30GB 4G data for three months (10GB data per month) starting from July 1 for its postpaid subscribers. Actually, Airtel has extended the offer in the form of the new Monsoon Surprise, and it will continue for another three months till the month of September. The “Airtel Holiday Surprise Offer” was first unveiled back in the month of April and was scheduled to terminate at end of June, as the plan has a 3-months validity period.
This new Monsoon Surprise Offer will be limited to Airtel postpaid customers and can be accessed via My Airtel app on customer’s smartphone. To avail this offer, Airtel postpaid subscribers will have to download My Airtel app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store and after that when you log into the My Airtel app you will see an automatic prompt which asks you to open the “surprise offer”. Once you click on it, you will get the benefit of 30GB 4G data for three months and a confirmed notification regarding the additional mobile data offer.
In an e-mail sent to its customers, Bharti Airtel CEO, Gopal Vittal said, “Now as the monsoons approach, we are sending another shower of data your way. I am delighted to share that we are extending the data surprise by another 3 months. Now you get the extra data for 3 more billing cycles. All you need to do is claim your surprise on My Airtel app after 1st July 2017.”

On the other side, Vodafone also announced the launch of its “Ramzan 786 Plan” that gives unlimited voice calling (local & STD), unlimited national roaming, and 25 GB 3G/4G data.
