Thor: Ragnarok is the next most awaited film of the year after the release of many blockbusters in the summer (Wonder Woman, Spider-Man: Homecoming, War for the Planet of the Apes, Baby Driver and Dunkirk). And as the release of the Marvel flick is getting closer, fans are looking forward to other surprises that it will offer. One of them are the after-credits scenes!

Yes, nowadays, these mid and post-credits scenes have become a tradition for the big-budgeted, franchise films which play an important role in telling more about the story and the characters.

And just a few hours ago, during an interview with the Collider.com, actress Tessa Thompson (who’s playing Valkyrie in the film) revealed that the after-credits scene for Thor: Ragnarok was shot during the reshoots!

“Dude, we killed it. I mean hopefully. We did so many setups, and also what was so exciting is you could see like at the end of the day it would get cut in… There’s two characters in the film that potentially have a fight scene, and some of the reshoots were just adding. So it wasn’t like reshooting stuff, a lot of it was just additional photography or like shooting tags which may or may not have included cameos from elsewhere.”

The mighty God of Thunder’s third film in the trilogy could turn out more than just a next addition to the Thor series. It will also give a new scope for the next year’s Avengers: Infinity War and Black Panther.

Directed by Taika Waititi and Distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, Thor Ragnarok releases worldwide on November 3rd, 2017.
