India’s third biggest Internet Service Provider (ISP) ACT Fibernet has recently launched a new superfast internet plan with 150Mbps broadband speed for their Delhi customers. Besides this, the non-telco ISP also announced that it will be amending its existing fixed broadband plans to provide its customers higher speeds at no extra cost. However, the new ACT Fibernet 150Mbps broadband speed plan will be effective starting today across the capital.
Starting with the ACT Platinum plan, the plan will be refreshed to deliver 150 Mbps speed with a total of 600GB data transfer (300GB up & 300GB down) FUP limit. After FUP limit, the internet speed will be decreased to 1Mbps. Before the up-gradation, the ACT Platinum plan used to offer a speed of 100Mbps. The customers will not have to pay any additional costs for the Platinum plan as it will cost the same Rs. 1,999. Talking about its Gold plan, it will be upgraded to provide 100 Mbps speed with 500GB data transfer (250 GB up + 250 GB down) data FUP. After FUP limit, the internet speed will be decreased to 512Kbps. Before the revision, the ACT Gold plan used to deliver a speed of 75Mbps. As for pricing, the ACT Gold plan will cost you Rs. 1,499.
The ACT Silver plan will be upgraded to offer 75 Mbps speed and 350 GB data transfer (175 GB up + 175 GB down) data FUP. After FUP limit, the internet speed will be decreased to 512Kbps. Before the revision, the ACT Silver plan used to offer a speed of 40Mbps. The ACT Silver plan will cost the same Rs. 1,999. The ACT Bronze plan will be revised to provide 75 Mbps speed with a total of 250GB data transfer (125GB up & 125GB down) FUP limit. After FUP limit, the speed will be decreased to 512Kbps. The ACT Bronze plan will set you back by Rs. 999 per month. The ACT Basic plan will be refreshed to offer 20 Mbps speed with a total of 100GB data transfer (50GB up & 50GB down) FUP limit. After FUP limit, the speed will be decreased to 512Kbps. The ACT Basic plan will cost the same Rs. 749.
Under the SOHO (small office, home office) plans, ACT Remarkable plan will be upgraded to offer 125 Mbps speed with 850 data transfer (425 GB up & 425 GB down). Before the revision, the ACT Remarkable plan used to deliver a speed of 100Mbps. As for pricing, the ACT Remarkable plan will cost you Rs. 2,999. The ACT Exceptional plan will be revised to offer 150 Mbps speed with a total of 1,100GB data transfer (550GB up & 550GB down). Before the up-gradation, the ACT Exceptional plan used to provide a speed of 125 Mbps. The ACT Exceptional plan will cost the same Rs. 3,999. Lastly, the ACT Phenomenal plan will be upgraded to 150 Mbps speed with a total of 1,400GB data transfer (700GB up & 700GB down). Before the up-gradation, the ACT Phenomenal plan used to offer a speed of 125 Mbps. Just like earlier, the ACT Phenomenal plan will set you back by Rs. 4,999 per month. All the aforementioned broadband plans have been upgraded with higher data and faster speeds at no additional cost.
