There’s a new beast ready to arrive amongst the heavy-weights. And it’s from LG-the V30. Well, the launch of the new flagship phone from the manufacturer will take place on August 31. Not to say that this one too, will possess an infinity display (of 18:9 ratio screen resolution). V30 will succeed its predecessor V20 and will have an OLED screen.

Coming onto the specification part, the ‘big phone’ is rumored to have a screen size of 6.2inch (15.75 cm)-quite a size for its built. The screen is protected by a solid and unbreakable Gorilla Glass 5 shield. It will be a 2K QHD screen, having a pixel density of 441 ppi. The durability for its run will be backed-up by a 3200 mAh battery-as per the rumors (not official yet). It will also support the quick charging feature. For snapping quality pictures, there might be a dual camera of 13 MP each on the rear, while the front camera can be somewhere around 8 MP. But some confirmations from the company did mention that the cameras will posses an aperture of f/1.6.

Performance and smoothness won’t get a halt with a Snapdragon 835 Octa core processor that clocks in, at 2.45 GHz. And it will be combined with a 4GB RAM too. And most importantly, the security will be ensured by the finger-print sensor.

Connectivity is through 4G-VOLTE and it supports Dual SIM (both Nano.) And compared to its previous LG siblings, V30 won’t be having a regular USB-port for connectivity; rather, a Type-C port. Users won’t have to take care of their storage issues, since the phone offers an internal memory of 64 GB, which can be extended to an unprecedented 2 TB! These are still early predictions about the V30 and what it really comes out to be, will only be revealed on August 31st, at the consumers electronic show IFA.

LG V30 will be running Android v7.1 Nougat operating system. And because it’s a flagship phone, the pricing won’t be anything below Rs.59-60,000.
