Sniper Elite 4 is set to launch on Feb. 14, giving players an entire campaign to play through in a way that’s typically bemoaned in the online lobbies of games like Call of Duty and Battlefield. What the whiners don’t understand is that sniping is a valid tactic and, more importantly, it can be a hell of a lot of fun.
For that reason, the team at Rebillion is hoping you’ll want to come back to their game time and time again, which is why they have decided to offer up the traditional season pass’ worth of post-launch content for you silent assassins to enjoy. In total, there will be 12 additions made to the game throughout the next year. including a collection of new story missions for 1-2 players.
All pre-order bonus content:
-Target: Führer campaign mission — Infiltrate a secret Mediterranean U-boat facility and use wits and creativity to take out the target in over 30 ways.
-Camouflage Rifle Skin Pack — Blend into the lush environments of wartime Italy with highly detailed skins for all seven of the game’s starting rifles, for use in any mode.
Three new campaign missions:
-A completely new three-chapter campaign, separate from the main storyline, which features massive, diverse new environments that eventually lead Karl out of Italy for a thrilling finale.
Three expansion packs:
-Each expansion pack will be released alongside a campaign mission, and they’ll each include three new weapons, eight new weapon skins and two new characters.
Weapon and character packs:
-Three further weapon packs — including silenced weapons, famous wartime Allied rifles, and equipment for taking on foes at close quarters.
-Three new characters for use in both co-op and multiplayer.
All multiplayer maps and modes released for Sniper Elite 4 will be free of charge for everyone playing the game, so no worries about getting separated from the community just because you’re not willing to pay more money. The same practice is being done in games likeTitanfall 2 and Uncharted 4 and, I’ve got to tell you, it’s super appreciated.
