Black Panther is going like an unstoppable storm across the global box-office track, and it should come up as no surprise that it has just defeated DCEU’s last year’s revolutionary blockbuster, Wonder Woman, at US domestic box-office.

Wonder Woman had a phenomenal success during its theatrical run with a mindboggling domestic collection of $412.6 million.

But just a day ago, Marvel’s Black Panther beat it down by reaching $421.8 million! And it’s just the third week for this another revolutionary blockbuster, similar to Patty Jenkins’s great Wonder Woman.

Globally too, the Ryan Coogler directorial, starring Chadwick Boseman and Michael B. Jordan, has done amazingly brilliant business so far. It has taken in around $326.3 million from the overseas markets in various countries.

That brings the worldwide total of Black Panther to a solid $748.1 million! The speed of the film’s earnings is such that many analysts have predicted that it would even break the best domestic collection record of any MCU movie so far, set by 2012’s The Avengers, which is $623 million.

Distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, and helmed by the great director Ryan Coogler, Black Panther is running awesomely in theaters near you. Go fast if you haven’t seen it yet.
