Chinese original device manufacturer (ODM), Topwise Communication on Friday entered the Indian smartphone market with the launch of three new budget-oriented smartphones, namely Comio P1, Comio S1 and Comio C1. All these three smartphones have been launched in the country under its Comio brand. As for pricing, the brand-new Comio P1, Comio S1 and Comio C1 smartphones have been launched in the country with a price tag of Rs. 9,999, Rs. 8,999 and Rs. 5,999 respectively. All the newly-launched smartphones will be available for purchase in West India starting from the third week of September and will be available in North India in the coming weeks via all leading mortar and brick stores.
The Comio P1 comes in two body colour options including Metal Grey and Sunrise Gold, the Comio S1 comes in Royal Black and Sunrise Gold colours, while the entry-level Comio C1 has been launched in the country with Mellow Gold and Space Black colour variants. All these aforementioned new smartphones come with a metal unibody design, Android 7.0 Nougat OS, 4G VoLTE support, and preloaded security solution including Antivirus, Anti-theft and intruder selfie feature. All the Comio smartphones also come bundled with 30 days of replacement warranty from the date of activation/purchase, Six months of free one-time screen replacement warranty, and 1 year + 100 additional days of warranty. The Chinese smartphone maker has also made a partnership with Reliance Jio to offer 5GB of additional 4G data on recharge of Rs. 309 and above, on the purchase of any of these new smartphones.
Comio P1 Specifications:
Starting with the Comio P1, it comes equipped with a 5.5-inch HD display with a screen resolution of 1280×720 pixels. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor clubbed with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card. Talking about its software fronts, the Comio P1 runs on Google’s Android 7.0 Nougat operating system out-of-the-box. In terms of photography, the Comio P1 houses a 13-megapixel with autofocus and an LED flash module. On the front, the smartphone features an 8-megapixel front-facing shooter for capturing selfies and making video calls. The smartphone also features a rear-mounted fingerprint recognition button for biometric security. On the battery front, the device is fuelled by a mammoth 5,000mAh battery that is rated to deliver up to 24 hours talk time and up to 30 days of standby time. Connectivity options offered by the smartphone include Dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/A-GPS, a 3.5mm audio jack and a microUSB port for charging and data transfer.

Moving on to the Comio S1, the smartphone sports a 5.2-inch HD display with a screen resolution of 1280×720 pixels. The device is powered by a 64-bit quad-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage with a dedicated microSD card slot for memory expansion by up to 128GB. Talking about its software fronts, the Comio S1 also runs Google’s Android 7.0 Nougat operating system out-of-the-box. For photography, the Comio S1 features a 13-megapixel with an f/2.0 aperture and an LED flash module. On the front, the handset bears an 8-megapixel front-facing shooter for capturing selfies and making video calls. The smartphone also features a front-mounted fingerprint sensor that is housed underneath a capsule-sized physical Home button of the device. On the battery front, the Comio S1 comes packed with a 2,700mAh battery. Lastly, the Comio C1 flaunts a 5-inch HD display with a screen resolution of 1280 × 720 pixels. The Comio C1 draws its power from a 1.3 GHz MediaTek quad-core processor, which comes coupled with a 1GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card. On the software front, the Comio C1 also runs on Google’s Android 7.0 Nougat operating system out-of-the-box. In terms of optics, the Comio C1 comes equipped with an 8-megapixel with autofocus, an f/2.0 aperture and an LED flash module. On the front, the smartphone sports a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with an f/2.2 aperture for capturing selfies. The smartphone also features a dedicated Hi-Fi chip to deliver an immersive media experience. On the battery front, the Comio C1 is backed up by a 2,200mAh battery.
