The making videos released by Lyca Productions have no wonder done a splendid job in raising the interests of the masses. The upcoming sci-fi action film, 2.0, which is being billed as Asia’s costliest film till date, had been announced for a January 25, 2018 release date as known to all by now.
Last heard, a majority of the production had wrapped up and post-production work was being carried out in full swing. That said, reports have now surfaced across certain sections of the media stating a song remains to be canned on ‘Superstar’ Rajinikanth and the female lead, Amy Jackson.
It is said this song will be shot starting October 12 as Rajinikanth is at present filming his other gangster action feature, Kaala, being directed by Pa. Ranjith.
Being directed by Shankar, Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar appears as the antagonist to Rajini in 2.0, which has a musical score by Academy Award-winning composer A. R. Rahman.
