Bollywood is all about good looks or nepotism. It’s not easy to get work in Bollywood constantly. You need to work extremely hard to make it big in Bollywood. But sometimes it’s not even about hard work and that’s why some of the actors fail to make it to the top.
There are so many child actors who did memorable roles but as they grew up they failed to brag new projects in Bollywood. They succeeded as kids but failed as grown-ups.

1. Junior Mehmood
‘Hum Kaale Hain Toh Kya Hua‘ is a very famous and memorable song of Junior Mehmood. Though he is a very talented actor, he failed to make it big in Bollywood.
2. Kinshuk Vaidya
Who can forget Sanju with the magic pencil from ‘Shaka Laka Boom Boom‘? After ‘Shaka Laka Boom Boom‘ Kinshuk also worked in Ajay Devgn’s ‘Raju Chacha‘ but that’s about it. After this, he never received any offers and recently made a comeback on TV.
3. Shweta Basu Prasad
Shweta appeared in some of Ekta Kapoor’s daily soap. Later on, she worked in the film ‘Makdee‘ and even managed to brag a National Award for that. But now she has no more projects in Bollywood. She has recently made a comeback on TV with ‘Chandranandani‘.
4. Parzaan Dastur
Parzaan appeared in ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham‘ and ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai‘ and we all remember his famous dialogue ‘Tussi Ja Rahe Ho, Tussi Na Jao‘. But after growing up he worked on only a few projects.
5. Hansika Motwani
Hansika played the role of Sanju’s friend from ‘Shaka Laka Boom Boom‘. Later on, she worked in films like ‘Aap Ka Suroor‘ and ‘Koi Mil Gaya‘. But after that, she has no work in Bollywood at all. She works in South Indian films.
6. Jugal Hansraj
Jugal Hansraj was seen in the film ‘Masoom‘ as a child actor. His most memorable role is in ‘Mohabbatein‘. But he failed to maintain his charm in the industry.
7. Imran Khan
Imran Khan is well known for his role in ‘Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na‘. He worked in ‘Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar‘ and ‘Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak‘ as child actor. He also worked in a few more films but he failed to maintain his stardom.
8. Sana Saeed
Sana Saeed played the role Shah Rukh’s daughter Anjali in ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai‘. After that, she made a comeback with Karan Johar’s ‘Student Of The Year‘ in 2013. But now she has no projects.
9. Aftab Shivdasani
Aftab worked in films like ‘Mr. India‘, ‘ChaalBaaz‘, ‘Shahenshah‘, ‘Insaniyat‘ and ‘Awwal Number‘. But he failed to make it big in his career later on.
10. Kunal Khemu
As a child actor, Kunal worked in films like ‘Raja Hindustani‘, ‘Zakhm‘ and ‘Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke‘. But now he has no good projects in his schedule.
