Our desi girl Priyanka Chopra who had been extensively promoting for her upcoming Hollywood film Baywatch and travelling US, India, Berlin, and London and creating ripples globally will be back home once again for signing a Bollywood project very soon. Well, the rumours are that PeeCee will star in the Sahir Ludhianvi biopic as the famous poetess, Amrita Pritam. The film is to be titled Gustakhiyan, and she might be co-producing the film with Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Although we had found interesting names of Abhishek Bachchan, Irrfan Khan, and even Salman Khan to play Sahir Ludhianvi, Sanjay Leela Bhansali has confirmed on Instagram that he is going to get associated with Salman Khan after ten years. If Salman is among the top three names to play the role of Sahir and the director is keen to cast a prominent star like Priyanka Chopra and ‘’create the chemistry’’ on screen, it will be a real treat for viewers. We all know how Bhansali always handles love subject in a very different way than any other director. Meanwhile, PeeCee’s short trip to Mumbai has come to an end and she left for Los Angeles. The Quantico star plays villain Victoria Leeds in Baywatch which released recently in India in Hindi and English. PeeCee is still in a conversation for a couple of films in West and a couple in India. An official announcement however for Gustakhiyan will only be made after the male lead is confirmed. The actress was in Mumbai only to finalise her next Bollywood film, but it looks we have to wait a little more to see our Desi girl return to Bollywood.
