The Chinese smartphone maker Gionee on Tuesday announced its partnership with the Indian telecom giant Reliance Jio to offer best 4G mobile data benefits for those consumers who buy a new Gionee smartphone. Under its “Jio-Gionee Additional data” offer, customers buying a new Gionee smartphone can avail up to 60GB of additional 4G data. The new offer is only applicable for Gionee devices purchased in India on or after June 16, 2017. Additionally, Gionee has also partnered with Paytm to offer customers two Paytm cashback vouchers worth Rs. 250 each on the purchase of Gionee A1 or Gionee P7 max smartphone. Each voucher will ensure Rs 250 cashback into the customer’s Paytm wallet on a minimum shopping of Rs 350 on the Paytm Mall app.
Speaking on the new “Jio-Gionee Additional data” offer, Rohit Khattar, Director – Trade Marketing, Gionee India said, ‘’Gionee has always invested in offering its consumers the best experience. As a company, we believe in creating new possibilities for our customers and through these offers we hope to give our consumers another reason to buy their favourite Gionee devices.’’
The Jio-Gionee additional data value is totally depends on your buying priority–what type of Gionee smartphone you buy—as both the company has divided eligible smartphones into three categories. Starting with the first category, customers who want to buy a Gionee P5L and Gionee P7 smartphone, they are eligible to get 2GB of additional 4G data for six months with a recharge of Rs. 309 or above.
Moving on the second category, this category includes Gionee’s budget smartphones such as Gionee Elife S6, Gionee Elife S7, Gionee Marathon M5, Gionee S Plus, Gionee S6s, Gionee F103 Pro, Gionee Marathon M5 lite CDMA, Gionee Marathon M4, Marathon M5 Lite, Gionee P7 Max, and Gionee F103. All these smartphone buyers will get 5GB of additional 4G data for six months with a recharge of Rs. 309 or above.
The last category includes Gionee’s mid-range smartphones such as Gionee A1, Gionee Marathon M5 Plus, Gionee S6 Pro, and Gionee Elife E8. Buyers of these Gionee smartphones will get 10GB of additional 4G data per recharge. The additional 4G data can be availed for a maximum of six recharges of Rs. 309 or above. Note that, this offer is valid till March 31, 2018.
