Charlize Theron has had a great experience of working with Wonder Woman fame, director Patty Jenkins, back in 2003’s Monster, which eventually brought Theron an Oscar for Best Actress. Recently, when asked in an interview regarding teaming-up with Jenkins in Monster and if she was ever going to be a part of Wonder Woman, the Fate of the Furious actress revealed that she had initially turned the role down for the DC superhero movie.
The actress said that Patty Jenkins did ask her to be a part of Amazon Princess’s big screen adaptation. “We’re friends. I think the world of her. We have a mutual respect for each other. She did come to me, and at the time I was either working on something or I don’t know. There was a reason I couldn’t do it.”
But as time is always uncertain, there can be a possibility that she may become a part for the sequel, whenever it gets going in the coming future.
