A still from iPhone 8 Plus colour variants

Apple Inc. has released a new iOS update, 11.0.2 to fix up a bug and a crackling sound issue that the new and early upgraders (users) are facing with iPhone 8 and 8 Plus models. The users have complained about a high-pitched buzzing sound coming out of the phone’s built-in earpiece.

They were also critical of an annoying crackling sound while making FaceTime and phone calls. But, eventually, Apple has now made available, the new iOS 11 update which the users can download by going into Settings>General>Software Update.

The new fix also solves a bug reported by the customers, which hides some photos. And there was another fix done for the issue of opening attachments in encrypted emails.

After launching the iOS 11.0.1 on September 19th, this is the second iOS 11 update made by the Californian tech-giant.

But some more problems seem to be going on with the new iPhone 8 versions. There have been complaints from users regarding the fast draining battery life too-and in some cases, the phones are crashing.

But it’s a common thing among new softwares being released. In fact, it is highly recommended by tech experts that users must always wait for some time before upgrading their phones because the just released OS always contains some bugs or other glitches.

So, it’s always safe and sound to be patient, for the customers.
