No matter where are you living, you are a fan of Chinese cuisine. The cuisine which has made its impact on all over the world and we Indians are the fans of Chinese cuisine. Whether it is Noodles, Manchurian, Soups or any other dish, it has become almost everyone’s favorite.

As we Indian are known to add our twist in everything and that is the reason we have added our flavor to the Chinese dishes as well. So, here are some dishes that we called Chinese but these have their origin in India.

1. Sweet Corn Chicken Soup

This so-called Chinese soup is an Indian food which you can make with saute green onion, ginger add shredded chicken. After saute, just add sweet corn, chicken stock, and salt and give a boil. A pinch of sugar will add an extra taste to it. Now let it shimmer. Then mix corn flour to thicken the soup. Then break and add an egg with stirring it continuously. Finally, garnish it with chopped green onion.

2. Manchow Soup

Yes, guys, this soup is an Indian food. Saute spring onion, mushroom in ginger-garlic paste after sprinkling some salt. Add chopped cabbage, carrot, green chili, chicken stock, red chili sauce, and soy sauce. Add some scrambled paneer, then keep on cooking till it thickens. Garnish it with deep fry noodles.

3. Darsaan

Boil and deep fry noodles. Take a pan, use sugar and water to make a thick syrup. Toss the fried noodles along with honey and orange squash in another pan. Then pour the syrup. Here’s your Darsaan is ready to serve.

4. Gobi Manchurian

Most of us already know that Gobi Manchurian isn’t a Chinese dish and to make this, make a semi-liquid batter of flour, garlic paste, corn flour, chili powder, ginger paste, salt, and water. Roughly cut cauliflower and put them in the batter. Then fry in deep oil. Take another pan, add oil, then dried chilies, and garlic-ginger paste. After saute, add capsicum cut in cube shapes and salt. Add soy sauce and tomato sauce. Put the fried cauliflower and toss then garnish with chopped spring onion.

5. Fried Wonton

Make a mixture of chestnuts, soy sauce, minced chicken, salt, cornstarch, and ginger. Make a dough of flour. Cut them into a triangle then fill the mixture inside. Seal the corners properly with water. Heat oil and fry the wontons and serve it with sweet chili sauce.

6. American Choupsey

Make the mixture of cornflour, sugar, soy sauce, salt, and water. Take a pan, add oil, fry garlic, and onion along with capsicum and small chicken pieces. After it, add the mixture and let it boil. Finally, deep fry the noodles and pour the chicken sauce.

7. Chilli Chicken

Take a bowl and prepare a batter of egg, garlic-ginger paste, corn flour, salt, and water. Add and cover chicken pieces in the batter, put it aside for 30 minutes. Then deep fry and keep aside. Take a pan, fry onions along with green chili. Then add vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and fried chicken. Chilli chicken is ready.
