Marvel’s Deadpool 2 is going through some really-really surprising turns, even before its release on May 18th-after the biggest, and another Marvel installment, Avengers: Infinity War on April 27th. But just recently, the final trailer for Deadpool 2 arrived, after the reports that the film went through some reshoots again-due to the ‘not-so-good’ reactions of some of the film experts who watched the movie’s test screening, earlier.
But more importantly, the final trailer is just taking the ‘fun-making’ at another level!
Because Ryan Reynolds’s Deadpool takes a dig at Infinity War’s Thanos and ‘one more thing’ which was just unthinkable-but hey, it’s Deadpool, and he can make fun of anything-or is it so?
The second most bizarre moment from the trailer is when Deadpool makes fun of a whole another ‘comic book universe’! Yes, you heard that right. He and Josh Brolin’s Cable are having a fight sequence and in between, he just bluntly asks, “So dark? You sure, you’re not from the DC Universe?”
And just after this trailer’s release on YouTube worldwide, many DC fans reacted, obviously, unhappily, with what Deadpool just did in the Marvel movie’s trailer. The fans are just not digesting this ‘taking a dig at DC’, in this manner.
Well, let’s just hope that when the movie itself arrives in the theaters, things will get cleared and lighter.
Directed by David Leitch, and distributed by 20th Century Fox, Deadpool 2 will be arriving in mid-May, 2018.
