The American computer manufacturer Dell on Tuesday launched one Inspiron gaming desktop PC and two new all-in-ones (AIO) PCs at the ongoing Computex annual trade show event in Taiwan. With the new launches, Dell has added some Windows 10-powered new products to its popular Inspiron PC portfolio. The new line-up includes Inspiron 27 7000 AIO, Inspiron 24 5000 AIO, and a new Inspiron Gaming Desktop. The newly launched Inspiron gaming PCs are available starting today on Dell’s official online website, Dell.com and at select retailers in China including Chinese e-commerce company Jingdong. The products will be released globally in the coming weeks. The major highlights of the new Inspiron All-in-Ones and Gaming Desktop are company’s iconic borderless “InfinityEdge display technology” and “Ready for VR.” These configurations are capable of providing the best visual and audio experiences through high-end VR headsets.

Dell Inspiron 27 7000
Starting with the Dell Inspiron 27 7000 AIO, the desktop sports a 27-inch UHD IPS borderless InfinityEdge display, with a screen resolution of up to 3840×2160 pixels. Dell Inspiron 27 7000 is powered by the latest multi-core AMD Ryzen processors with AMD Radeon RX500 Series GDDR5 graphics. In terms of memory, the Inspiron 27 7000 comes with up to 32GB of DDR4 2400 MHz RAM and dual hard drive options with SSD storage. Talking about its software fronts, Dell Inspiron 27 7000 runs on Windows 10 64-bit version, including Windows Hello with one-look login and Cortana with far-field speech recognition. Ports on the device include one USB 3.1 Type-C port, three USB 3.1 Type-A port, two USB 2.0 Type-A ports, RJ45 LAN, one HDMI in & out port, one Audio-out port, a universal headset jack, 720p webcam with RGB & IR sensors and SD/MMC card reader. The connectivity options offered by the device include Wi-Fi (802.11 ac) and Bluetooth 4.1. The Inspiron 27 7000 is now available in China on Dell.com and at select retail stores with a starting price of $999.99 (approximately Rs. 64,500). And the product will hit the global markets in the coming weeks.
Dell Inspiron 24 5000
Moving on the new Inspiron 24 5000 AIO, the desktop features a 24-inch InfinityEdge IPS FHD touch display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. The Inspiron 24 5000 is powered by the 7th generation AMD processors coupled with AMD Radeon RX560 graphics and up to 16GB DDR4 RAM. The device also offers dual hard drive options with SSD storage. Talking about its software fronts, Dell Inspiron 24 5000 runs on Windows 10 64-bit version, including Windows Hello with one-look login and Cortana with far-field speech recognition.
Ports on the Inspiron 24 5000 AIO include one USB 3.1 Type-C port, three USB 3.1 Type-A port, two USB 2.0 Type-A ports, one HDMI out port, one universal headphone jack, webcam and SD/MMC card reader. Other features include integrated speakers and internal subwoofer with audio tuned by MaxxAudio Pro. The new Inspiron 24 5000 AIO also comes with the new SmartByte technology by Rivet Networks, that helps prevent buffering when streaming content and enhance multimedia experiences. The Inspiron 24 5000 AIO is now available in China on Dell.com and at select retail stores with a starting price of $699.99 (approximately Rs. 45,200).
Dell Inspiron Gaming Desktop
The Inspiron Gaming desktop sports the AMD Ryzen processors featuring with SenseMI, which optimises power consumption, task routing and clock speeds to deliver exceptional responsiveness and better performance whether the device is running on hard game, Virtual Reality or streaming. The Inspiron Gaming Desktop comes with high-performance discrete graphics card options including NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 and AMD Radeon RX580, and the desktop supports up to 32GB DDR4 memory. The desktop also supports high-end VR headsets like HTC Vive and Oculus Rift.
Other features of the Inspiron Gaming Desktop include Thermally-optimised airflow routing, Polar Blue LED Lighting, Power supply options up to 850 watts, Waves MaxxAudio Pro with high-performance 7.1 Channel HD audio, and a wide selection of high-capacity hard drives (up to 2TB HDD) with responsive SSD (up to 256GB for faster boot) and dual-drive options plus up to five bays for future storage upgrades.
