Everybody farts and it’s a fact. It’s a bodily function and an average human being farts 14 days a day. It just a bodily function but we all hate it. Sometimes, it embarrasses the person with its sound and smirk. It get worse after eating foods like broccoli, cauliflower, kale, eggs, red meat, dairy products, garlic and yeast rich foods.
Also, your own farts will never smell as bad as someone else’s to you. But it smells as worse as others. However, science has different side to show that no one should be crinkling their noses when someone farts. Surprising! It is truth instead smelling farts are healthy to you.
AJ Troiano, PhD, a biomedical scientist and consultant told Reader’s Digest that farts can actually boost your immune system:
“In order to understand the science of passing gas, you have to understand the sheer scale of microbes that are housed in the human body.
It’s not the microbes that have protective properties, but the byproduct they produce during normal metabolic processes.”
While farting, byproduct hydrogen sulfide are released which can reduce the risk of cancer, heart attack, strokes, arthritis, and dementia.
Side Effect Of Smelling Too Much Fart:
Inhaling too much fart (hydrogen sulfide) is definitely bad for you.
