Hong-Kong based handset manufacturer Infinix is all set to enter the Indian market with a series of offerings on August 1 (Tuesday). Meanwhile, Transsion Holdings-owned smartphone brand has already updated its Indian website teasing five smartphones to come in the country — Infinix Note 4, Note 4 Pro, Zero 5, Hot 4, and Hot 4 Pro. On the other hand, domestic e-commerce website Flipkart.com, through a teaser on their website, has announced that their e-commerce platform will be the exclusive retail partner for the upcoming Infinix smartphones.
Infinix India on Sunday shared a teaser image about the Infinix’s latest Android smartphone launch event on its official Twitter account. The Tweet reads, “The Game Changer Coming to India Stay Tuned #GoBeyond.” Though the teaser doesn’t reveal any clear information about the upcoming Infinix smartphone or which specific smartphone will be launched at the event, it is likely to be the Infinix Note 4.
Infinix Note 4 Specifications:
Infinix Note 4 sports a 5.7-inch full-HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display with a scratch resistance 2.5D curved glass coating on the top for protection. The phone is powered by an octa-core (unspecified) processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage with a dedicated microSD card slot for memory expansion by up to 128GB. In terms of photography, the Infinix Note 4 houses a 13-megapixel main snapper with an f/2.2 aperture and dual LED flash. Talking about its front camera, the phone features an 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies and video chats. The smartphone also features a front-mounted fingerprint sensor, that is housed underneath the physical Home Button of the device. On the other hand, the Infinix Zero 4 comes equipped with a 5.5-inch full-HD IPS display with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a Corning Gorilla Glass protection on top. Under the hood, the device is powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6753 octa-core processor paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. For photography, the Zero 4 houses a 16-megapixel rear camera, and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. On the software front, the Infinix Zero 4 runs company’s proprietary XOS custom UI skin, based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. On the battery front, the smartphone comes packed with a 3,200mAh battery.

Lastly, the Infinix Zero 4 Plus sports a 5.98-inch full-HD IPS display with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass protection on top. Under the hood, the device is powered by a 2.1GHz MediaTek Helio X20 deca-core processor clubbed with 4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. In terms of optics, the Infinix Zero 4 Plus houses a 20.7-megapixel rear camera with autofocus, optical image stabilization (OIS), an f/2.0 aperture and LED flash. On the front, the smartphone sports a 13-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture and LED flash for capturing bright selfies and making video calls even in low light conditions. On the battery front, the device packs a high-density 4,000mAh battery with XCharge 3A charging technology support.
