After launching the Wish A41 and Wish A21, itel Mobile, part of Hong Kong-based mobile manufacturer Transsion Holdings, on Tuesday launched its new budget smartphone in India. Dubbed as itel Wish A41+, it is an upgraded version of its sibling, itel Wish A41 that was released in India back in March. The new itel Wish A41+ smartphone has been priced at Rs. 6,590, and will be made available in Mocha and Champagne colour options.

In terms of specifications, the dual-SIM (Micro + Micro) itel Wish A41+ smartphone sports a 5-inch FWVGA display with a screen resolution of 480×854 pixels. Wish A41+ is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor that’s coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via a dedicated microSD card slot. Talking about its software fonts, the itel Wish A41+ runs Google’s Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system.
In terms of photography, the itel Wish A41+ features a 5-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and LED flash. On the front, there’s a 5-megapixel front shooter with a LED flash module for capturing bright selfies and video calling. itel Wish A41+ also includes features such as SwiftKey and SOS. Swiftkey keyboard (instead of the Google Keyboard), which enables easier and faster texting with different regional language support. On the other hand, SOS feature which alerts when the device is lost. Apart from these features, the smartphone also sports a ‘SmartKey’ feature on the rear panel that helps manage calls and capture photos easily, the company claims.
In terms of connectivity, this itel Wish A41+ supports dual-SIM dual standby connectivity. Connectivity options on the device also include 4G with VoLTE, Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB with OTG support, a 3.5mm audio jack and a MicroUSB 2.0 port for charging and data transfer. Sensors on the smartphone include Accelerometer, Proximity sensor and Ambient light sensor. The itel Wish A41+ comes packed with a powerful 2400mAh battery that is rated to deliver up to 28 hours of 2G talk time, 14 hours of 3G talk time, 11 hours of 4G talk time and up to 216 hours of standby time. The handset measures at 146 x 73.6 x 9.3mm.
