After introducing the Me 2 budget smartphone in India last month, Chinese smartphone company iVoomi on Tuesday expanded its product portfolio with the launch of two new affordable smartphones — iVoomi Me 3 and iVoomi Me 3S — in the Indian tech market. The new iVoomi Me 3 has been launched in the country with a price tag of Rs. 5,499, while the iVoomi Me 3S has been priced at Rs. 6,499. Both the new smartphones will be made available for purchase starting September 7 (Thursday) exclusively via e-commerce website Flipkart.com in Midnight Black, Champagne Gold, and Teal Blue colour options. The most interesting fact is that both the newly launched smartphones come with a Shatterproof screen with 2.5D curved glass, Google’s Android 7.0 Nougat OS, and 4G VoLTE support.
iVoomi Me 3 Specifications and Features:
Starting with the smaller version, the iVoomi Me 3 comes equipped with a 5.2-inch HD IPS display with a screen resolution of1280 × 720 pixels and a scratch resistance 2.5D curved glass protection on top. In terms of power and performance, the device is powered by a 64-bit MediaTek quad-core processor paired with a 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. Talking about its software front, the iVoomi Me 3 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system out-of-the-box.
For photography, the iVoomi Me 3 features an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with autofocus, an LED flash module. On the front, it sports an another 8-megapixel front-facing shooter combined with an LED flash for capturing bright selfies even in low-light conditions. The camera features also include HDR, Beauty Mode, Low-light Photography, and Panorama.
In terms of connectivity, the iVoomi Me 3 offers various connectivity options including dual-SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, a 3.5mm headphone socket, and a Micro-USB port. On the battery front, it comes packed with a 3,000mAh battery with fast charging 2.0 technology support. Dimensionally, the handset measures 9.05 mm in thickness and weighs 158 grams.

Moving on the bigger version, the iVoomi Me 3S sports a 5.2-inch Shatterproof HD IPS display with a screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and a scratch resistance 2.5D curved glass coating on top of the display. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek quad-core chipset clubbed with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage with a microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 128GB). On the software front, the new iVoomi Me 3S also runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.
In terms of optics, the iVoomi Me 3S features a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera with Samsung sensor, an f/2.0 aperture and an LED flash. On the front, it bears an 8-megapixel front-facing shooter, which is also accompanied by an LED flash module for capturing bright selfies.
