As per the latest leaks and semi-confirmed reports, the new Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL will be having big screens! Yes, this has been revealed by an American blogger, editor and phone leaker, Even Blass. He has just revealed that the new versions of last year’s smashing and revolutionary phones from Google, will be boasting a bigger display.
While the Pixel 2 XL will be sporting a 6-inch screen (up from last year’s 5.5-inch), the Pixel 2, will be wrapping a bezel less display of 5-inch. The size of the Pixel 2 XL will be actually much shorter, since it will also be following the ‘now’ trend of 18:9 ratio screen-so much easier for a one-handed use.
Google has also provided dual front firing stereo speakers, in both the phones-so long after Google ended its Nexus line-up. But thank god, that the company introduced this feature again in the new Pixels.
On the processor front, both the phones will be charged-up with the Qualcomm’s 835 chipset. RAM will be around 4 GB, with an internal storage option of 64 GB and 128 GB-plus a 12 MP camera. And there is no 3.5 mm audio jack too. They have finally got rid of those.
Talking about the availability, Blass told that Google may make the phones available in stores, later this month. But, the first one to hit the stores will be the Pixel 2 on October 19th, instead of Pixel 2 XL, which will be arriving November 15th.
