Sharukh Khan starrer Raees is still ruling the box offices. Raees has joined the 100 crore club while Hrithik Roshan starrer Kaabil lags behind. Kaabil is yet to break the 100 crore mark. According to reported figures Raees has collected a total of 109 crore by the end of day 7. On the other hand, Kaabil has collected 79.60 crore.

The gap in collection has started reducing as both films had a slow start to the second week. But Raees still leads every day’s collection.
The Overseas collection is also in. The exact figures the overseas collection are unclear. The reason being some screens are yet to report their collections. According to one source Raees has broken records in Singapore. The movie has become the highest grossing Bollywood movie. Over the weekend the movie collected approximately 226,000 USD (1.52 crore rupees) in Singapore. While, Overall Raees has collected around $9.5 million (64.3 crore) in overseas theaters.
Meanwhile Kaabil has done well too. The Hrithik Roshan starrer has collected approximately $3 million in overseas theaters. Out of which the film collected 6.19 lakh rupees from 24 screens in Australia and 5.48 lakh from 14 screen in New Zealand. In total the film has grossed over 100 crore if the Indian and overseas collection is put together.
So, it is safe to say that Sharukh Khan’s Raees is the clear winner in the battle between Raees and Kaabil. Raees started out strong and reported collection nearly double of that of Kaabil. But entering the second week both films have slowed down enabling Kaabil to catch up a little.
