After launching the Aura 4G smartphone earlier this month, Domestic handset manufacturer Karbonn Mobiles on Thursday updated its affordable 4G-enabled smartphone catalogue with the addition of a new mid-ranged 4G VoLTE smartphone, dubbed as “Karbonn Aura Power 4G Plus.” The Karbonn Aura Power 4G plus is the latest offering from the company, which comes with a right mix of performance, style, and value. Priced at Rs. 5790 in the country, the smartphone is available both at online and offline retail stores in two elegant colour variants – Champagne and Grey. Karbonn Aura Power 4G Plus also comes with a free protective cover as well.

In terms of specifications, the dual-SIM smartphone sports a 5-inch HD IPS display and offers a screen resolution of 720×1280 pixels. The Karbonn Aura Power 4G Plus is powered by a 1.25GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 32GB using a microSD card. Talking about its software front, the smartphone runs on Google’s Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.
In terms of photography, the Aura Power 4G Plus comes with a 5-megapixel camera on the rear panel with LED flash. On the front, Aura Power 4G Plus has a 5-megapixel camera for video calling and capturing selfies. The front-facing shooter comes with an inbuilt Face Beauty option, while the rear-facing camera comes with options like –Autofocus, Panorama shot, Continuous shot and Face detection.
In terms of connectivity, this dual-SIM smartphone offers 4G with VoLTE, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), WiFi hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, OTG support, FM Radio, a 3.5mm audio jack and a microUSB 2.0 port for charging and data transfer. Sensors on the device include Accelerometer, G-Sensor, Proximity sensor and Ambient light sensor. Karbonn Aura Power 4G Plus is fuelled by a high-density 4000mAh battery which claims to deliver up to 16 hours of talk time and up to 400 hours of standby time. The device measures at 143 x 71.5 x 10.7 mm.
