Resident Evil actress Milla Jovovich has been named as the titular villain, the Blood Queen in the reboot movie, Hellboy: Rise of the Blood Queen. The film will also star Stranger Things actor David Harbour, and will be containing an R-rating. Neil Marshall will take up the director’s hat while the creator of Hellboy, Mike Mignola will be assisting on the part of script writing.
Milla Jovovich will be playing the main villain in the reboot and this is something to get rejoiced for the actress’s fans.
As far as her character goes, the Blood Queen is the Arthurian witch, also known as the Lady of the Lake and Nimue. The Blood Queen aka Jovovich will also be having some really exciting action sequences against the hero Hellboy, and this will delight the fans, even more. The others, who will be joining The Fifth Element star on the project, include actor Ian McShane, who will play Professor Broom.
Shooting of the Hellboy reboot will begin this fall, according to the reports.
