Judwaa 2 has shocked everyone with its more than expected collections, not only in India, but also in foreign markets! And the trade pandits are left astonished with its unprecedented performance. The Bollywood comedy entertainer has so far grossed Rs.197 crore, on the worldwide box-office!
Yes, that’s really a number to reckon. And that’s not all. While, this ‘double’ Varun Dhawan starrer has collected Rs.125.84 crore in Indian markets, the remaining Rs.71.89 crore have been from overseas markets.
And its domestic total of 125.84 crore is even higher than this year’s Salman starrer Tubelight which grossed only 121.45 crore-it was a sad exception for Salman who has given continuous hits before this year’s Tubelight.
Judwaa 2 is directed by David Dhawan, father of the film’s lead Varun Dhawan. It’s the remake of 1997’s original Judwaa, starring Salman Khan, along with Karishma Kapoor and Rambha.
Released on 29th September, the movie is still running successfully in theatres.
