Now You See Me actress, Isla Fisher will star alongside Matthew McConaughey, in a comedy flick, titled ‘Beach Bum’. The movie will be directed by Harmony Korine and will follow the misadventures of Moondog (McConaughey), a man who lives ‘larger-than-life’. And Isla Fisher will be playing Moondog’s wife.
The producers for the film include John Lesher of Le Grisbi Productions, Charles-Marie Anthonioz of Iconoclast, Steve Golin of Anonymous Content and Nicolas Lhermitte.
Fisher is well-known for her comic timings courtesy Keeping Up with the Joneses, and her social media activities, while McConaughey was recently seen in this summer’s The Dark Tower, a Stephen King adaptation which was a bomb at box-office and also fared negatively with the critics too.
Actress Isla Fisher is married to English actor Sacha Baron Cohen and apart from Beach Bum, her next flick is 2018’s Tag.
