India’s third biggest Internet Service Provider (ISP) ACT Fibernet has upgraded its superfast internet plans by increasing the data limits of its all broadband plans in Andhra Pradesh. After Delhi and Chennai, the non-telco company has increased its monthly data limit of its internet plans for the residents of Vizag, Vijayawada, Nellore, Tirupati, Eluru, and Guntur in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The newly revised plan now comes combined with both the upload FUP and download FUP limits into one monthly data limit but the broadband speed will remain unchanged. The company claims that the new refreshed plans will allow ACT subscribers to consume internet data on uploads or downloads as per their needs or usage style and to enjoy higher data limits at no extra cost.
Commenting on the development, Mr Bala Malladi, CEO, Atria Convergence Technologies Pvt Ltd, said, “It is our constant endeavour to provide the best internet experience to our customers through super-fast speed and enhanced data limits. We are combining our download and upload FUP into total data transfer FUP. This will liberate our customers and provide them significantly enhanced FUP, allowing them the freedom to use their internet based on their needs and purpose.”
For the residents of Vizag, ACT Fibernet has increased the ACT Sliver plan to 140 GB FUP limit (upload or download) from 70 GB FUP, ACT Gold plan to 200 GB FUP limit from 100 GB FUP, ACT Diamond plan to 250 GB FUP limit from 125 GB FUP, while the ACT Platinum plan has been upgraded to 350 GB FUP limit from 175 GB FUP.
For the residents of Vijayawada, Guntur and Eluru, the company has increased the ACT Sliver plan to 150 GB FUP limit (upload or download) from 75 GB FUP, ACT Gold plan to 250 GB FUP limit from 125 GB FUP, while the ACT Diamond plan has been increased to 300 GB FUP limit from 150 GB FUP.
For the residents of Nellore, ACT Fibernet has upgraded the ACT Sliver plan to 80 GB FUP limit (upload or download) from 40 GB FUP, ACT Gold plan to 100 GB FUP limit from 50 GB FUP, ACT Diamond plan to 150 GB FUP limit from 75 GB FUP, ACT Platinum plan to 250 GB FUP limit from 125 GB FUP, while the ACT Titanium plan has been increased to 350 GB FUP limit from 175 GB FUP.
For the residents of Tirupati, ACT Sliver plan has been doubled to 100 GB FUP limit (upload or download) from 50 GB FUP, ACT Gold plan has been increased to 180 GB FUP limit from 90 GB FUP and ACT Diamond plan has been upgraded to 250 GB FUP from 125 GB FUP limit.
All these aforementioned broadband plans have been upgraded with higher data limits and faster speeds at no additional cost. Note that, after the proposed FUP limits, the internet speed will be decreased to 512Kbps.
