Dell has come up with its new products at the ongoing IFA tech event 2017, in Berlin. It has launched its latest rugged tablet called Latitude 7212. Along with the tablet, the company also introduced its high-end gaming laptop, Inspiron 15 7000 for full-on gamers.
Firstly, speaking of the tablet, the Latitude 7212 is equipped with a 11.6inch Full-HD screen, with a resolution of 1080×1920. For staying fast and lag-free the rugged tablet runs on a 16 GB of RAM paired with 7th generation Intel processor. It’s got 1TB of SSD storage, which is non-removable. The OS platform is Windows 10 Pro and the tablet has been made tough, thanks to the dust resistance, shocks and drops resistance too-plus, it works in extreme temperatures also, claims Dell. For connectivity, there is a USB Type-C port, 4G LTE, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
The tablet also features a Quad-Cool passive and active thermal management system and is priced at around $1,899.
On the other hand, the company has also launched their gaming laptop Inspiron 15 7000 which is for the hard-core gamers only. The laptop comes with a screen-size of 17.3inch, and powered by Nvidia GTX 1060 graphics card with Max Q Design technology by Nvidia.
Coming onto the configurations straightly, the laptop is boasted by a humongous 32 GB of RAM-yes, that will blow you for sure. Apart from having an epic size of RAM, it becomes even more faster with an Intel Core i7-7700HQ (Kaby Lake) processor and a full-sized backlit keyboard.
It features a Full-HD or UHD anti-glare wide-viewing angle resolution for a phenomenal user experience (resolutions are subject to different models). Another most attractive point regarding Inspiron 15 7000 is that it has a built-in fingerprint sensor backed up by Windows Hello login feature. Connectivity is ensured by Thunderbolt 3, multi-use ports (which can be connected upto two 4K monitors), 4G-LTE capability and GPS tracking too. The OS platform is assisted by Windows 10.
Talking about the price point, there are two variants of the laptop available for the users depending on their usage style. There is a FHD model of Inspiron 15 7000 priced at $999 (Rs.63,856) and a 4K-UHD model priced at $1449 (Rs.92,000).
Dell will begin the sale of laptops on its home site from September 12, 2017.
