Domestic handset manufacturer Intex Technologies on Friday announced its partnership with the Indian telecom giant Reliance Jio to offer up to 25GB additional 4G mobile data for its existing customers or for those consumers who are interested in buying the company’s recently launched 4G-enabled smartphones. Under the Intex – Jio additional data offer, customers buying a new Intex smartphone can avail up to 5GB additional 4G data per month for up to 5 recharges or up to 25GB additional 4G data benefits for 5 months.
Eligible smartphones include Aqua 4.0 4G, Aqua 4G Mini, Aqua Amaze+, Aqua Power IV, Aqua Prime 4G, Aqua Pro 4G, Aqua Strong 5.1+, Aqua Trend Lite, Elyt-e1, Elyt-e7, Aqua Selfie, Aqua S1, Aqua Lions 3, Aqua Style III, Aqua Lions 2, Aqua 5.5 VR+, Aqua Note 5.5, Aqua Zenith, Cloud Q11 and Cloud Style 4G.
The only pre-condition is that the selected Intex smartphones users or buyers must have had the Reliance Jio 4G VoLTE subscription activated on these smartphones on or after September 4, 2017. The telecom company says that all the eligible customers will get an additional 4G data voucher with every recharge of Rs. 309 or above. There is an upper limit of up to 5 recharges, and the offer is valid until March 31, 2018, as the validity of their (eligible subscribers) Prime membership subscription will be ended on that day. Under the Reliance Jio terms and conditions, this additional 4G data voucher will be credited to the eligible subscriber’s account within 48 hours after doing the recharge.

The announcement comes just one week after LG announced its partnership with Reliance Jio to offer up to 50GB 4G mobile data benefits with the purchase of LG Q6 and LG Q6+ smartphones. A few days ago, Chinese smartphone maker Oppo also announced its partnership with Reliance Jio to provide additional 4G data benefits on purchase of its Oppo F3, Oppo F3 Plus, Oppo F1 Plus, Oppo F1s, Oppo A57, Oppo A37 and Oppo A33 smartphones in India.
