The first trailer of Jagga Jasoos starring Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif was released on 19th December. The trailer shows Kapoor in a childish demeanour along with Katrina stumbling around. The movie is produced by Disney India and Picture Shuru Entertainment. The release date has been set 7th April 2017.
Almost after a 2-year long wait, the audience were able to get their first look of Jagga Jasoos. The trailer is a clever montage of various scenes from the movie which has kept the viewers guessing the plotline. Although it’s clear from the title that Ranbir Kapoor, playing the role of Jagga himself, is a naive young man, often seems foolish by his antics. From the trailer and the description provided one thing is clear, Jagga is on a journey to find about his father’s whereabouts with his equally ditzy but cute companion, Katrina.
Although the trailer has literally no dialogues to give away anything more, the background scores and the funny scenes are keeping the viewers entertained long enough for the movie’s release. Directed by Anurag Basu, its very clear that this movie is directed to a particular audience, the youngsters. But don’t let that prevent you from catching this Disney adventure on screens. We can expect a pretty action packed-merry ride next April to keep us entertained long. The Kapoor-Kaif duo romancing the scenes is an absolute added bonus.
