Whatever the critics have said about Justice League, it doesn’t matter when it comes to the box-office! The latest DC superhero movie has gone stronger in China, this week. After being released on November 17th, last Friday, the movie opened with a not-so-good figures in the US, but has fared nicely in the overseas markets. And China is the proof of that.
The Zack Snyder/Joss Whedon movie earned a solid $15.5 million in this week, from Monday to Thursday on the Chinese box-office. This has enabled Justice League to take its seven-day total in China to $67.5 million.
The movie is running good at the moment across the globe, but how much it can accumulate from the theatres, is yet to be seen. The worldwide total should be more than respectable for the film, as Warner Bros and DC are keeping a sharp eye on its performance.
Justice League will surely decide the fate and future of the DC Extended Universe too.
Justice League stars Gal Gadot, Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Jason Momoa, Ezra Miller and Rey Fisher in lead roles along with Amy Adams, Diane Lane and Amber Heard.
