Microsoft has decided to do a total make-over of its operating system for computers, and has been working on it since the past 2 years. And the latest update for Windows 10, which is called Autumn (or Fall), will be comprising of a whole new features ,being updated for the users. Although, one of the most biggest changes that Microsoft is going to make is removing off old apps, and replacing them with the new ones.

In doing this, the company has decided to take a major step. Yes, Microsoft is soon going to remove one of its oldest running ‘default’ apps from the computer system-the Paint! The company did release an alternative Paint 3D app in April’s Windows Creators Update this year, though, it wasn’t an exact replacement for the traditional Paint. But now, it will happen officially.

The company has listed it in the apps which are “not in active development and might be removed in future releases.”

Yet, there is a twist too, to this news. The MS Paint will be removed from the built-in Windows apps as it used to come with every progressive version of the operating system. But it won’t be dead forever! So, where will it go then? To the Windows Store, simply. The old Paint app will be available for free download on the store-but not in the default applications like before.

So, all the people out there, just relax. The Paint isn’t fully dead!
