Nokia is making a comeback in to the smartphone world. Through HMD Global Nokia will launch its new smartphone. Nokia is set to launch the phone in the World Mobile Congress 2017 . The launch will happen on February 27 but it has leaked.
YouTube channel ConceptCreator has posted a video on its channel. The video shows a smartphone with a metallic frame. The phone in the video has a camera with Carl Zeiss lens and triple flash for high quality photos. Other accessories visible in the video are a 3.5 mm headphone jack, USB C-type charging port and dual stereo speakers.
The leaked Nokia P1 according to the video has top notch features.
Other features seen include a 5.3 inch IGZO display. Iridium gallium zinc oxide display is a new display developed by Hideo Hosono. The IGZO provides better speed and resolution than LCD’s. The display will have a Corning Glass Top which will provide protection against scratches and will not shatter if dropped.
Rumours suggest that a snapdragon 835 processor will power the phone and will have Android Nougat loaded. This will be a change from previous smartphones which had Nokia’s symbian or Microsoft Windows. Also, The phone rumoured to have a whopping 6 GB RAM and a 3,500 mAh battery.
The leak suggests the phone has lots of features and should be a excellent smartphone. If priced decently by Nokia the phone could give all its competitors in its a range a tough fight and Nokia could sell a good number of handsets.
The smartphone is will launch at the end of this month but will not hit the markets any time soon. According to reports, due to delay in supply of the Snapdragon Processor the phone will not be available soon.
