Just a few days ago, the highly anticipated OnePlus 6 finally arrived but it also panicked the rival smartphone companies due to again keeping the price at only around Rs.36,000 only, in India! So, to deal with this super beast, the other manufacturers in the country, popular phone companies have also slashed the prices on their high-end, flagship models.
The pricing of OnePlus 5 and 5T was also kept aggressive last year, which boosted the sales of both the models.
Firstly, to start with, Samsung has cut the price on its Galaxy A8+ model. The Galaxy A8+ with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage now costs Rs.29,999 on Paytm Mall, and you can also get Rs.8000 cashback from there, on the purchase of this variant of the handset.
Then the next Samsung phones to get a price cut are its flagship kings, S8 and S8 Plus, which now are available at Rs.37,990 via Paytm Mall with cashback of Rs.8000! Both the versions are powered by the lastest and fastest Snapdragon 835 chipset-second to only the very new Snapdragon 845.
Next big brand to pull the price sheet is Xiaomi, whose premium, flagship phone, Mi Mix 2, has now directly been reduced to Rs.29,999! Straight Rs.3000 have been cut off by Xiaomi.
All this comes right after the launch event of OnePlus 6, the biggest flagship phone which always keeps itself on the aggressive side when it comes to pricing.
