Samsung has launched a new phone in India. Samsung C9 Pro is the newest phone to join the list of phones by Samsung. This particular phone is not a new phone by Samsung. The C9 pro launched in China last year in October. Thus, the phone is arriving in India a little late and lacks some new features.
The phone’s biggest plus point is it’s RAM. The phone boasts an impressive 6 GB ram. That is actually more than Samsung’s flagship phones Note 7 and S7.
The phone has a huge 6 inch display so, the phone is more like a phablet than a phone. The phone also possess admirable internal specifications. C9 Pro has 64 GB internal of storage, 16 megapixel front and back facing cameras. The big 6 inch screen has a SUPER AMOLED display. One drawback is that the phone comes with Android Marshmallow. With latest phones coming out with the latest android version, This drawback sets the C9 pro back a little.
The phone also has octa-core Snapdragon 652 processor which performs great but won’t be enough for hardcore gamers. Other features of the C9 pro include micro SD slot to expand memory space, Fingerprint sensor, USB type-c port, FM radio. A massive 4000 mAh battery powers the phone which should last a day.
The phone boasts a good display with a great camera and an impressive RAM but the phone’s large screen is going to cause a problem.
Also, In India the phone is priced at 36,900 rupees putting it in a high-price range. The phone will be available from second half of February 2017. Additionally, The phone is available for pre-booking. Pre-booking the phone will get the owner of the phone a one-time screen replacement offer for the first 12 months.
All in all,The phone is a little late to the party and priced a little expensive to really woo the Indian markets.
