After launching the flagship Xperia XZ Premium smartphone in India earlier this month, now it seems like the Japanese smartphone maker Sony is all set to launch its latest high mid-range Android smartphone, “Xperia XA1 Ultra” in the Indian tech market pretty soon. The smartphone has been found listed with “Coming Soon” tag on Sony’s official Indian website, that means the Xperia XA1 Ultra is on the way. As per listing, the Xperia XA1 Ultra will be made available in 4 attractive body colour options including Gold, White, Black, and Pink. The website does not disclose the pricing details and availability of the upcoming Sony mid-range smartphone. The Xperia XA1 Ultra will be the successor to Xperia XA Ultra, which was launched by Sony last year.
To recall, the Japanese company had launched their high mid-range XA1 Ultra smartphone back in February at MWC 2017 event in Barcelona along with company’s another mid-range Xperia XA1 and two flagship models, Xperia XZ Premium and Xperia XZs. Currently, the Sony XA1 Ultra smartphone is now retailing in Europe with a price tag of EUR 380 (approximately Rs. 27,400). In the Indian smartphone market, the XA1 Ultra will likely to be priced somewhere in between the Rs 24,000 and Rs 26,000.
