Marvel and Sony Pcitures’s Spider-Man: Homecoming is set to up its current worldwide collection. Tom Holland’s Spidey reboot has so far taken in $707 million. But after being opened in Asian markets like China and Japan, the movies’ fortunes look great. And considering these two major countries for its box-office earnings, Homecoming may end up close to $780 million.

This means that in its own 6 Spider-Man movie franchise, Homecoming will come on the fourth spot in terms of worldwide collections. It will definitely eclipse 2014’s The Amazing Spider-Man 2’s $709 million, sooner than later. Then, it will surely takeover 2012’s The Amazing Spider-Man’s $758 million. But going beyond, to come anywhere close to Spider-Man ($821 million) and Spider-Man 3 ($890 million) will be just not be possible-as of now.

But, it can’t be predicted rightly that Spider-Man: Homecoming will earn only around $780 million, since Marvel’s previous installment Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2 managed to take in close to $99 million from Chinese box-office.

So, you never know, what may turn out in the coming days for Peter Parker’s ‘new’ Homecoming!
