Kareena Kapoor Khan finally opened up on latest speculation that son, Taimur Ali Khan has
got a new nickname, “Little John”. She has firmly denied such reports and and further even
requested people to address her son as Taimur Ali Khan only.
However, it isn’t the first time that little nawab is making news. Earlier when Kareena and
Saif had announced the name of their newly born son as “Taimur Ali Khan”, it didn’t go well with Twitterati. Saifeena were trolled for days, for this name reminded people of 14th century ruler Timur Khan, whose invasion caused massive destruction to Delhi. And then, there were these latest reports claiming that Kareena is calling her first born baby as “Little John”.
Style diva finally spoke out in an interview with Hindustan Times, “No. I want to clarify that
(reference: Taimur as Little John). How can anyone think that? Why would I call my son Little John? My son’s name is Taimur. It is most beautiful name, and he is the most beautiful and gorgeous man (smiles). And, no, I don’t call him Little John. Please address him as Taimur Ali Khan.” On her motherhood journey, Kareena commented, “It’s extremely personal journey. It’s a relationship that one develops over time organically. I am still learning the ropes. In fact, Saif says my attention has completely shifted (to Taimur), and keeps complaining about it. I have told him maybe for a while (laughs). Now I don’t like leaving home much.”
Kareena further continued that she is an old-world star who believes in keeping the mystery of an artist alive. On her career front, after her maternity leave, the Ki&ka star, will very soon resume the shooting of ‘Veere Di Wedding’, which adopted from Hollywood drama film, ‘The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants’ and this movie to be directed by Rhea Kapoor.
