Talking about its exterior design, the 7th generation BMW 5-Series gets adaptive LED headlamps, traditional chrome finished kidney grille, LED wrap-around tail lamps and dual exhaust pipe.

Inside the cabin, the new BMW 5 Series comes equipped with more luxurious features like steering mounted control panel, iDrive 6.0 system with 10.25-inch touch-screen infotainment system and Gesture control, four-zone climate control, Dakota and Nappa leather seats, 360-degree camera, wireless phone charging facility, rear seat entertainment, electrically adjustable driver and passenger seats with massaging function, Dynamic Cruise Control (DCC), Bluetooth telephony, BMW Display Key with Remote Park Control, 600-watt Harmon Kardon sound system (optional), and rear seat armrest with cup-holders.

Talking about its mechanical department, the 2017 edition of BMW 5 Series model comes with a choice of updated petrol and diesel engines. The BMW 530i petrol variant is powered by a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder turbocharged engine that generates 252bhp of max power against the peak torque of 349Nm, while the diesel variant produces 190bhp of peak power against the peak torque of 400Nm.
