Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum-opus Padmaavat, which has already become the biggest film of 2018, is showing no signs of a halt on the box-office track. The film is just doing one thing at the moment-shattering records!
And now the period blockbuster has gone beyond Rs.230 crores-only in its 2nd week.
The film had already entered the 200 crore club in the beginning of its 2nd week itself. The total domestic collection of Padmaavat now stands at Rs.231 crores.
Released on 25th January, 2018, the film collected a whopping Rs.166.50 crore in Week 1 only. While in the 2nd week the film has earned approximately Rs.65 crore.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh also recently tweeted about the film’s box-office performance in the second week.
