Fans may have been confused after watching Avengers: Infinity War, whether or not Hulk could beat down Thanos in the movie, but the writers of the film itself, have now revealed that the Mad Titan would shut the green big guy down , any time, without having infinity stones too! Yes. The screenwriters of Infinity War have recently told in an interview, that Thanos doesn’t need a Power Stone or any other stone, to beat down the Hulk.
Stephen McFeely and Christopher Markus had an interaction with Collider in which McFeely said, “I may be speaking out of turn, I think Thanos could kick the Hulk’s ass without the stone.”
Telling further, McFeely told, “We want to announce Thanos as the biggest villain in the MCU, he takes out the previous reigning champion, and by defeating Hulk relatively savagely and easily, hopefully there’s a sense of dread over the course of the rest of the movie for anyone who will come up against him, and so that’s just sort of a scene design.”
Many people couldn’t digest the fact that Thanos beat the Hulk so easily in the early minutes of the film itself and Banner wasn’t even able to turn into the ‘other guy’ in the rest of the film. They had the belief that just like in the Marvel comics, Hulk would give a tough time to the Mad Titan.
