Since making her debut in ‘’Thunaivan’’ in 1967, Sridevi Kapoor, affectionately known as ‘’Ultimate Diva’’ of Bollywood, has acted continuously for 50 years in films. She also appeared on a few TV shows in 2004-2006, and will now be seen in her home production titled ‘Mom’. Her husband Boney Kapoor who is thrilled about her achievement in the film industry is now all set to throw a big party in her honour and achievement. ‘’Mom’’ is Sridevi’s 300th film and is slated to release on 14 July 2017. The film has co-stars like Akshay Khanna and Sajal Ali, and is directed by Ravi Udyawar. Many veteran film personalities like superstar Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Anil Kapoor, Rishi Kapoor, and a host of directors like Gauri Shinde, Raghavendra Rao, T Rama Rao are likely to grace the event. The poster of ‘Mom’ was unveiled by none other than actor Salman Khan in Zee Cine Awards function recently. Her two daughters Jhanvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor might likely to join their mom in promoting the film which is scheduled to take place within a couple of weeks from now. Sridevi’s last film was ‘Puli’ in 2015. It was for ‘Puli’’, the actress had walked out of the most spectacular film ‘Baahubali’. But ‘Mom’ will be the mother of all women-centric films this year as critics have pointed out for the viewers.
