Marvel’s and Fox’s Deadpool 2 is going good on the box-office, though, it’s not as good as Avengers: Infinity War, the film is now about to cross the mark of $600 million, worldwide. The Ryan Reynolds movie has already beat the 2017’s Logan’s $226 million total at the domestic box-office. And now, it stands at above $255 million.

The film had opened with an opening weekend of $128 million (lower than the first Deadpool flick, back in 2016), and then fell a bit in its next week. But still, the earnings are steady and looks like it will end up catching the mark of $700 million, globally.

Also, it seems like the movie will surely beat the $300 million barrier, domestically.

Talking about its global position in terms of being an R-rated flick, then Deadpool 2 still stands behind Passion of the Christ ($611 million in 2004), Logan ($226 million), It ($700 million in 2017), The Matrix Reloaded ($742 million in 2003), Deadpool ($783 million in 2016) and Wolf Warrior ($850 million in 2017).

Directed by David Leitch, the film also stars Josh Brolin as Cable (who also starred as Thanos in Infinity War, earlier in April), Morena Baccarin as Vanessa and Zazie Beetz as Domino.
