There have been several instances where many people have come across scenarios where one’s content has been claimed by another individual/organization without prior permission. This primarily is a situation among creative individuals as some of their works are at times not given due credit.

Last week, the makers of the recently released smash hit, Hara Hara Mahadevaki, announced they were teaming up once again for a film titled, Iruttu Araiyil Murattu Kuthu. Said to come under the adult horror comedy genre, the film will see Gautham Karthik play the lead role under Santhosh P. Jayakumar’s direction bankrolled by Blue Ghost Pictures and distributed under the Studiogreen banner.

Meanwhile, a visual artist named Saai Keerthi Akaash took to his Facebook page on Saturday (October 7) to claim that the title poster of Iruttu Araiyil Murattu Kuthu was in fact was his creation and that he wasn’t paid or given any commission for his work till now. The post has gone viral across social networking platforms with many sharing it.

His Facebook post is as follows:

“I made the title design sketch for this movie in the beginning, later I did digital version also for my sketch and sent it to the director… But I wasn’t informed about this first look poster, they ve literally used my ideas and made some minor changes… They didn’t even give me any payment or commission for the work… #Pleaseshare”

When we contacted Saai Keerthi Akaash, he revealed to us that he has tried to get in touch with IAMK‘s director, but has not yet received any response.

We hope the issue is sorted out soon.
