The trailer of Dhanush and Kajol’s Vellai Illa Pattadhari 2 aka VIP 2 was launched today with much fanfare in Mumbai at 7 pm night exactly. While there was actress Kajol posing for photos at the event with the leading actor Dhanush and film producer Soundariya Rajanikanth, fans are really eager to know what the film is all about now. The trailer introduces us to the same Raghavan, a jobless graduate and looks like the extension of the character narrated by Dhanush in the movie.
The trailer of actor Dhanush’s VIP 2 totally means that it is a sequel to his 2014 blockbuster film VIP, The trailer was released at the film’s audio launch tonight. It is understood that the film’s plot would get thickened only when Kajol and Dhanush come closer and there is an exchange of heat of emotions between them, The face-off between Kajol and Dhanush is really worth watching.
The trailer gives us the impression that it is Raghuvaran is going to be back again in a full form. He is married to Amala Paul who teases him for his absent-mindedness in seeking a permanent job. The story will catch fire in narration when business woman Vasundhara aka Kajol’s character in the movie takes shape as she meets the civil engineer Raghuvaran who now owns his own firm which is dearer to his heart. In addition, people will be able to see the character of Samuthirakani who will be back once again reprising the role of Dhanush’s father in the movie.
The film is set for release on July 28 and it stars Amala Paul, Samuthirakani, and Vivek along with Kajol and Dhanush. Tamil film VIP 2 is titled as VIP 2 (Lalkar).
After two decades Kajol is making her comeback in Tamil film. Her early Tamil movie was Minsara Kanavu with Prabhu Deva and Arvind Swamy.
