As an extension of its “Airtel Monsoon offer”, Indian telecom giant Bharti Airtel has recently launched a new scheme for its postpaid subscribers. The new offer provides 60 GB of free 4G/3G data for a period of 6 months. A few months back Airtel also launched a Monsoon offer, where the telco is giving 30GB free data for three months (10GB data per month) for its postpaid subscribers. The new announcement comes at a time when the company’s Monsoon Surprise offer is coming to an end, and now the company has come up with another scheme offering up to 60GB of free 4G/3G data for 6 months.
The only pre-condition is that the Airtel postpaid subscribers will have to install the Airtel TV app on their mobile phones to avail this free data offer. Under the Airtel terms and conditions, this free 4G/3G data will be credited to the subscriber’s account within 24 hours after doing the app installation. Airtel customers will get 10GB data per month for six months. Note that, the new offer is applicable for Airtel postpaid customers and MyAirtel app users only. As for pricing, the Airtel’s new plan is absolutely free. Yes, you read that right. As it is a promotional plan, users only need to download the Airtel TV app and the telecom operator will automatically credit 10GB free data benefit every month to their postpaid accounts. Along with free data, the company will also provide free Live TV services under the new scheme.
This new Monsoon offer will be limited to Airtel postpaid customers and can be accessed via My Airtel app on customer’s smartphone. To avail this offer, Airtel postpaid subscribers will have to download My Airtel app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store and after that when you log into the My Airtel app you will see an automatic prompt which asks you to click “Enjoy Live Shows With FREE DATA”. Once you click on it, you will get the benefit of 60GB free data for six months (10GB data per month) and a confirmed notification regarding the data offer.
