Lenovo India launches 7 new laptops under Yoga and Ideapad series, prices start at Rs. 17,800

After launching the 2017 edition Intel-powered ThinkPad lineup in India last month, Chinese PC and tablet manufacturer Lenovo on Wednesday launched a new range of laptops under its Yoga and Ideapad notebook series in the Indian tech market. The new Yoga convertible models include the Yoga 520 and Yoga 720, while the Ideapad series includes the Ideapad 320, Ideapad 320S, Ideapad 520, Ideapad 520S and Ideapad 720S. As for pricing, the Lenovo Yoga 720 and Yoga 520 will be made available for purchase at a starting price of Rs. 74,500 and Rs 39,600 respectively. The cheapest model, Ideapad 320 will be available for Rs. 17,800, while the Ideapad 320S, Ideapad 520, Ideapad 520S and Ideapad 720S has been launched in India with a price tag of Rs. 34,750, Rs. 42,400, Rs. 47,450 and Rs. 74,850 respectively. However, all the aforementioned Yoga and Ideapad products will be made available for purchase starting from this month via company’s official online and offline store as well as all leading offline retail stores across the country. Lenovo’s new range of “future-ready” laptops are powered by the Intel’s seventh-generation Core i7 processors and offer a range of new features such as 2×2 Wi-Fi connectivity, Type-C USB ports, powerful internals, and immersive audio. The entire range sports a stunning, ultra-sleek designs and offers powerful computing to today’s generation.

Lenovo Yoga 720 and Yoga 520 Specifications and Features:

The Yoga 720 and Yoga 520 premium convertible laptops are specially designed for those multi-taskers, who are looking for high productivity and better responsiveness. The Yoga 720 comes with a sleek finish and aluminium design. Both the convertibles come with the latest 7th generation Intel Core processors, NVIDIA graphics, Full HD screen, a fingerprint reader, 2 x 2 Wi-Fi 802.11 connectivity and an optional Lenovo Active Pen support. The Lenovo Yoga 720 features JBL speakers with Dolby Audio Premium, while the Yoga 520 offers Harman-tuned speakers. As we mentioned, they support an optional stylus, called the Lenovo Active Pen that provides a natural, intuitive pen experience with pinpoint accuracy, palm-rejection technology, and pressure sensitivity. With the Windows Inking feature, users can now sketch portraits, write notes or share on-the-go.

Lenovo Ideapad 720S, Ideapad 520S, Ideapad 320S, Ideapad 520, and Ideapad 320 Specifications and Features:

The new range of Ideapad laptops has been designed to offer good performance with a thinner and sleeker design. Out of the 5 models, the top-end Ideapad 720s is a sleek looking, ultra-thin laptop, which comes with angled edges, a backlit keyboard, JBL Speakers with Dolby Atmos, and up to 8 hours of video playback battery life. The laptop weighs only 1.12kgs. The Ideapad 720s has been designed for those, who are looking for feather-light portability with heavy-duty performance. On the other side, the Ideapad 520s and Ideapad 320s feature up to 7^th generation Intel Core i7 processors, up to NVIDIA GeForce 940MX graphics. The Ideapad 520S and 320S are entertainment and productivity-oriented laptops. The Ideapad 520 and Ideapad 320 offer Full HD displays, up to NVIDIA GeForce 940MX graphics, and up to 7th generation Intel Core i7 processors.
